Here's this weeks Publix menu. If you have a family of four, this should give you seven dinners to serve spending only $50.50. I use these prices/coupon matchups to see what's on sale this week and what Q's are available. Of course, your store may not accept every kind of coupon, and you may not HAVE every coupon, but this gives you an idea of what to serve this week. The crock pot beef roast/french dip combo is one we do at my house all the time. We also buy a lot of dried pinto beans as a side to any Mexican dish...but in this menu they take center stage in the nachos. (We often eat just pintos in their broth with a little cheese melted on top as a meal.)
If your pantry/freezer is anything like mine, you can do a few meal substitutes to save even more this week!
